After thorough investigation, they quickly diagnosed the issue without trying to upsell the service or recommend unnecessary repairs. Based on their honesty and straight forward approach, I highly recommend them for any Residential or commercial issues. Specially my experience with owner Rick Chandler was unbelievable and very satisfying. He was very calm, professional and honest. I’m very happy and highly recommend Bragg Home Services for plumbing, heating and cooling. They have helped us with our tankless water heater, whole house water filter system, air conditioner and heater. The owner Rick Chandler hires professional, friendly, masterfully competent, efficient and knowledgeable individuals. This includes Desiree the scheduler as well as Todd, Ben, David, George, Irlen, and Tyler. Each time they have presented me with options. They have patiently explained the differences and advantages of each. They are thorough. They provide a service that routinely checks our air conditioner and heater. They guarantee their work and do not charge if they need to return to adjust or fix the item worked on.

Bragg just finished re-insulating my attic insulation after I’d had a rodent problem. The crew was on time, communicated throughout, did a fantastic job, cleared everything on the scope list and were a pleasure to work with. Cleaned everything before departing. I also want to comment that the estimator did a great job explaining options, pros and cons of R-values, was honest, trustworthy and low key about comparing to other bids. I hired on the spot. PS Bragg has done several jobs for me over the years, this was just the biggest and I’ve been happy each and every time. Highly recommend.

Bragg Home Services came out to our home and serviced our heating and air conditioning the technician booties on his feet before he came in and was so kind and explained everything to us that was happening with our system. They were respectful and I would suggest anybody having them in their house. The best thing about them is they have a monthly program that’s only $20 a month. Where if anything happens, they come out immediately, And once a year they come out and service your heating and air conditioning. Who does that for $20 a month Bragg Home Services does. I give them 10 stars.
